All sales are final — here's why

Every puzzle in our store is made to order, just for you, through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is custom-produced at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse
  • Incorrect size or product selected at checkout
  • Items that don't meet subjective expectations (color variation due to screen settings, etc.)

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


We've got you covered for these situations

We will offer a free replacement or full refund if your puzzle arrives:

  • Damaged or defective
  • With a print quality issue (blurry, misaligned, or incorrect image)
  • As the wrong item (different product than ordered)

To file a claim, contact us at [your email address] within 30 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

We'll make it right promptly.


Non-refundable situations

  • Orders where the customer provided incorrect shipping information
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported missing (we recommend filing a claim with the carrier)
  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery
