1. Order Processing

All puzzles are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. Orders are typically processed and handed off to the carrier within 3–7 business days after purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


2. Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — not guarantees:

  • United States: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
  • International: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, etc.) or due to carrier and customs processing times outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@epicfantasypuzzles.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it.


6. International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
